Michael Seiter’s early interests in building led to a college degree in Industrial Arts, a Utah Contractor’s License, and the eventual formation of his own business as sole proprietor of Michael Seiter & Co. in 1984.

The Beginning
His business was incorporated as Michael Seiter & Co., Inc. in February of 1991. From its inception, the business specialized in millwork and casework packages for church buildings and other commercial work, but also included custom residential cabinets or furniture upon request.
Michael ran and maintained ownership of his company for 31 years working in and providing commerial and custom work throughout the country.
In 2015, two of his sons, Paul and Mark, purchased the company and became the second generation to own and operate Michael Seiter & Co as partners.
At Michael Seiter & Co., Inc., our reputation for quality and service over the past thirty-eight years catapulted our product into forty nine of the fifty United States. We are still waiting for Rhode Island! Though our founder is now retired, under our second generation of Seiter management, we continue to produce cabinets and trim for churches, office buildings, hospitals, schools and custom homes.
The superior products we have provided has inspired the foreman on more than one of these large projects to choose Michael Seiter & Co., Inc. to design and build custom kitchens and cabinets for their personal residences. We consider this the highest compliment!
Our goal has always been to produce the highest quailty casework and millwork to satisfy the needs and wants of those we serve. We look forward to working with you on your commercial or residential projects!

Paul Seiter
Owner
Paul bought Michael Seiter & Co., Inc. with his brother Mark in 2015 from Michael their dad. He has a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and when he isn’t in the shop you will find him on his mountain bike, but good luck trying to keep up.
Mark Seiter
Owner
Mark bought Michael Seiter & Co., Inc. with his brother Paul in 2015 from Michael their dad. Mark uses his degree in information systems to help run the company. When he is not at home or in the shop he spends most of his time at his third estate…DisneyLand.
